Born from a near-death experience and decades of deep inner work, I developed my own method and tool – the VOCANTRA® reclaims healing as something pleasurable, embodied, and real.
For too long, we’ve been severed from our cycles, our voices, our pleasure and the wisdom of our bodies. But we are remembering. Through inner work, 1:1 guidance, workshops and sisterhood circles, we return — to trust, to voice, to power.
Blending IFS, tantric wisdom, breathwork, and somatic tools, my method offers busy change-makers a joyful and creative path through shadow and into liberation — no cave, no long retreat, just potent practice that works.
